The PMC is a band based in Worthing, which celebrates the creativity, resilience and voice of people living with a mental health diagnosis.
The band’s debut EP, UnLocked is a living record of how the PMC came together in the online ether, determined to thrive creatively in the face of multiple lockdowns. The results? An emotive, musical response to lockdown life, channelling surreal inner meditations as well as outward frustrations and ultimately finding rays of hope on the horizon.
Originally launched as part of Brighton Fringe in May 2021, this documentary film showcases the EP’s five original songs and music videos and is now available for everyone to watch and enjoy!
